To benefit from the advantages the saunas offer you should know that before entering the sauna you must shower to remove impurities from the body. Put a wet towel on your head so you do not heat up
The effects will be: you lose weight by removing water from the body, it cleans pores and fights acne, and you remove toxins from the body. Sauna is indicated in mild forms of hypertension, asthma, rheumatic diseases.
Cons:
The sauna is contraindicated for acute internal inflammatory diseases (liver and kidney), febrile viral infection in epilepsy, sexual diseases, chronic venous diseases or disorders of cerebral circulation.
