With the popularity of digital medium today, DVDs are quickly becoming something of a bragging right. Chances are, if you own a DVD collection, you want to show it off to your friends when they come over. So getting the right DVD storage cabinet is important. You want something that will help you show off. And a cabinet that looks good, and holds hundreds of your DVDs, is probably right up your alley.
My problem with CDs and DVDs is that, without a proper cabinet or carrying case, they get cluttered. I lay them around my room, or on my table, and it turns into a mess very quickly. But depending on the storage cabinet you get, you can probably find one that has closable doors, to hide the collection when you’re not using it or showing it. Sometimes they’ll have a door on the front that you open, or if you get really fancy you can find one that has the two sides come in together, and create a nearly-seamless piece of furniture to get out in your room.

Despite your budget, you should be able to find a DVD storage cabinet that fits with what you’re looking for. Part of the price is the wood it’s made out of, so if you have a low budget, just get something that’s made of less expensive materials. Part of it is the model of the cabinet as well, of course, but you can easily go expensive in one route, cheap in the other, and keep the overall price low.
So if you’re looking for some mini storage for your DVDs, something that will keep them together but not use too much room, a DVD storage cabinet is by far the best way to go.
